Shipping Policy
All purchases will be shipped out within two business days. However, for handmade products, we require a minimum of one week to ship the item. For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹100 will be charged. Please note that only one address can be used for shipping orders. To ship to multiple addresses, you will need to make a new order for each address.

Return Policy
In order to initiate a return for a product, you will need to send a request within 48 hours of receiving the order. To qualify for the return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Please ensure that the return parcel is delivered to us within 7 days of the order being delivered. Kindly note that the shipping charge for the return will be the responsibility of the customer. I will initiate a refund promptly after receiving the product.

Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel an order, kindly email us at pangtiart@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing the order. Requests received after the order has been dispatched will not be revoked. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your card or original method of payment, within 2 to 5 days.

Customisation
To place an order, kindly send your requirements via Email or WhatsApp. Ensure that you provide specific details such as size, shape, or any other necessary inputs. Handmade orders usually take 5 to 7 days to dispatch. Please note that a 40% advance payment is required for all handmade items. If you cancel the order after work has commenced, there will be no refund. However, if the work has not started yet, the refund will be initiated promptly.
