• All purchases will be shipped out within two business days.
• For all prepaid domestic orders over ₹999, delivery is free; a flat shipping fee of ₹100 is charged for orders below it.
• Only one address can be used for shipping orders. To ship to multiple addresses, you will need to make a new order for each address.

• To qualify for a refund or replacement, the product must be in its original state, and the buyer must provide a video/ photo of the product within 4 days of arrival.
• You can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing us at pangtiart@gmail.com as soon as possible.

• Send your needs by Email or WhatsApp. Please be very specific in size, shape, or other inputs.
• It will take 5 to 7 days for me to dispatch handmade orders.
• In the event of any defect, I'll look into the issue and take the appropriate action.
• Note: A 40% advance payment must be made for all handmade items. In case of cancellation, if the work has already been started, there will be no refund; if not, then the refund will be initiated as soon as possible.
